How to Be Listed in the Helpline Database

Agencies and businesses that have been in business for one year or more and serve seniors and caregivers 60+ years; and/or persons with a disability 55+ and their caregivers 50+ years in Florida may be eligible to be listed as resources within the Statewide Helpline database. This database is also available online.

Along with the application please:

  • Provide copies of business licenses.
  • Sign the acknowledgment portion of the application. This signature is required.

There is no charge to be listed in the statewide Information and Referral database.
