Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative (ADI)
The Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative is a program funded by the Alliance for Aging to provide support for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related memory disorders and their caregivers. Services may include counseling, caregiver training, consumable medical supplies, and respite care. All services are authorized by a case manager based on a comprehensive assessment. Memory Disorder Clinics
Florida operates 17 Memory Disorder Clinics that offer diagnostic evaluations, referrals, caregiver education, and service-related research. Anyone in Florida who is experiencing memory concerns may request an evaluation. Below are the Memory Disorder Clinics located in Miami Dade County:
