How to Be Listed in the Helpline Database

Agencies and businesses that have been in business for one year or more and serve older adults, adults  with a disability and their caregivers in Florida may be eligible to be listed as resources within the Statewide Helpline database. This database is also available online.

Contact the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 305-670-6500 and request an application package OR click on the application package link below to print an application.

APPLICATION PACKAGE:

Along with the application please:

  • Provide copies of business licenses.
  • Sign the acknowledgment portion of the application. This signature is required.

There is no charge to be listed in the statewide Information and Referral database.
