You will learn skills like goal-setting, problem-solving, and overcoming barriers to help you manage and cope with symptoms from your chronic conditions. Active involvement in self-management can help you take steps to better health and improved quality of life.

Join a small group of adults in community settings or online for 2 ½ hours, once a week for six weeks.
Living Healthy Workshops are led by trained community health educators.

The Living Healthy program was created by the Stanford Patient Education Research Center at the Stanford University School of Medicine. It is designed to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their symptoms, better manage their health problems, and lead fuller lives.
