Join a mission‑driven organization supporting older adults in our community. The Contract Manager plays a key role in overseeing provider contracts, ensuring high‑quality services, financial accountability, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor service provider contracts, budgets, and performance outcomes
- Review proposals, grant applications, and budget revisions
- Conduct contract compliance reviews and provider monitoring
- Provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to community partners
- Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and funders
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in aging services, nonprofit, or government programs
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus
