Join a mission‑driven organization supporting older adults in our community. The Contract Manager plays a key role in overseeing provider contracts, ensuring high‑quality services, financial accountability, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and monitor service provider contracts, budgets, and performance outcomes
  • Review proposals, grant applications, and budget revisions
  • Conduct contract compliance reviews and provider monitoring
  • Provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to community partners
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and funders

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in aging services, nonprofit, or government programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus
